I was just thinking of the score at the end of next year. There is four on there and a hit is a hit.

Not every post has to be one of those above listed.

if it did I would assume no one would be conversing.

I don’t know them either.

Right, well at least you've admitted, in a roundabout way, perhaps even without realising it, that your post was a waste of time, maybe just don't post until something worthwhile springs to mind. Now thank Perhaps for the sound advice, and bugger off.

Jamie Farr has been active on Cameo until this week, as of now he is "temporarily" unavailable...

Health related?

American actress Julie Sommars is a potential name to consider for 2024. But would she get a BBC Obit?

Rarely known outside the US, yet famously played Matlock's love interest, Julie March. Wheelchair bound and unrecognisable as of 2018.

She was in one of the Don Knott's Herbie movies, don't know if they were popular in the olden days in the UK like they were in the USA.   BBC Obit seems iffy, but her role on Matlock should easily be enough to get a Daily Mail copy pasta from a Us outlet.

What about George Dzundza and Michael Moriarty from Law & Order's early days?

Are they likely to get BBC Obits?

Not sure what the BBC bar is,but both those guys have pretty extensive resumes, they should have no problem getting UK Obits from most outlets whenever they die.

Tim Stamper. Basically very astute with his money so decided to retire in his sixties and chill for thirty years. Was doing well for his age before the lockdowns but updates are thin on the ground.

He was also Derek Trotter's lawyer in OFAH (avoiding the OFAH death curse) and Inspector Lestrade in the 1980s Sherlock Holmes adaptations. A very fine actor. Glad he's had a long life.

Daily Kos blogger and community organizer Denise Oliver Velez, has been diagnosed with cancer. She has a gofundme as well as a Wikipedia page so I’m thinking she might get a UK Yahoo obit if and when she goes.

Potential punt for the next 20-30 years (or less?), Welsh rapper (MC) Ren, who just scored a nr. 1 hit:

He's had heavy lyme disease and is left with continuous autoimmune diseases. Currently, he's on an IV drip in Canada and cannot perform live.

Well I'm almost certain things will have changed by time we get to 1st January 2024 but if it doesn't this is what my shadow death list could look like:                                                                                                                                1) Jimmy Carter, 2) Frank Field, 3) Henry Kissinger, 4) Nigel Starmer-Smith, 5) Ted Turner, 6) Glynis Johns, 7) Joanne Woodward, 8) Vera Miles, 9) Jacques Delors, 10) Sandy Gall, 11) Stanley Baxter, 12) Rosalynn Carter, 13) Esther Rantzen, 14) Norman Tebbit, 15) Bobby Charlton, 16) Franz Beckenbauer, 17) Linda Ronstadt, 18) Julie Goodyear, 19) Grace Slick, 20) Dickie Bird, 21) Michael Schumacher, 22) Celine Dion, 23) Bruce Willis, 24) Michael Caine, 25) Rob Burrow, 26) Joss Ackland, 27) Kenneth Cope, 28) Phil Collins, 29) Tim Curry, 30) Joan Plowright, 31) Cindy Birdsong, 32) Carroll Baker, 33) Geoffrey Boycott, 34) Paul Hogan, 35) Ricky Tomlinson, 36) Sonny Rollins, 37) Ethel Kennedy, 38) Linda Nolan, 39) James Whale, 40) William Russell, 41) Ray Anthony, 42) June Spencer, 43) Petula Clark, 44) Brian Blessed, 45) Michael Aspel, 46) Donald Sutherland, 47) Bill Oddie, 48) Vladimir Putin, 49) Shane MacGowan, 50) George Soros

With Sir Bobby Charlton now dead (position 15) in this provisional list I would strongly consider replacing him with Sandra Day O'Connor. I am sure between now and late December I will have to make other adjustments.

The french Shane McGowan, Renaud, sounding and looking half dead in recent shows. Should be in the 2024 immortals list

OMG, I need to read the comment with lyrics next to the video to understand what he's singing... He should definitely stop his career, but I am not sure if he's at the article of death ?

When Barbara Babcock was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2004, she was given 8-10 years to live.

Likely to get a BBC Obit for her role on Hill Street Blues (for which she won an Emmy), she would be a wise pick for 2024.

Erik Jensen, of Walking Dead fame, has colorectal cancer:

https://tvline.com/news/walking-dead-erik-jensen-cancer-diagnosis-season-5-dr-steven-edwards-go-fund-me-1235065284/

He's still filming and seems to be doing alright, but also had a brain aneurysm last year. Sounds very 50:50 to me.
