Too bad about The Model/Computer Love. The former wasn't even originally released in the 80s, but it's probably my favorite off of any of the chart-toppers.

I'm not sure how we've ended up here after 92 pages of voting but, much as I like all these songs, it would be hard to argue they were 'best of a decade' class.
