If I include him, then it's an open door for all inclusions outside the wikipedia list which would, again, be too complicated to keep track of. If ever he gets included into the wiki list, then he'll be added to this sweepstake. Siatka and Krestic were both the newcomers in recent rounds because they were just added to the list. The guy doesn't even have a wiki page, which was another pre-requisite to be qualified in this pool (hence why I didn't include older people than those on the list for example).
