Stage 4 cancer is usually terminal and when it is in four spots in the brain and the Doctors aren`t sure where it started and say it is likely other tumours will be found it is ominous at best.Even if he responds remarkably well to treatment he will still be 92 next year and the treatment will undoubtedly weaken him. Like, out of all (famous) 90-year olds, he was among the most active/robust. I hope he can pull off being an outlier again, but there's only so much biology can do..
