Death Impends 7,924 Posted November 3, 2016 I'm sure I wasn't alone in having had bassist Bob Cranshaw on my longlist, who had a GoFundMe for aggressive stage 4 cancer and figured would've likely gotten Guardian or Mail obits due to his ties with Sonny Rollins and Sesame Street. Anyways he's dead.

YoungWillz 20,898 Posted November 15, 2016 Single report of the death of Mose Allison just after his 89th birthday. http://hottytoddy.com/2016/11/15/mose-allison-dies-age-89/ Could also have gone in the Blues thread. Been the subject of a death hoax earlier this year, I'd like to see more reports but hey, it's looking like it's being confirmed on Twitter. DDP pick. Sir Creep 7,068 Posted December 22, 2016 Somewhat questionable obit and perhaps some post-whoring. I accept that. Pianist Betty Loo Taylor (87) widely recognized by local musicians as Hawaiis First Lady of Jazz died early today at Palolo Chinese Home, her husband confirmed. Ken Taylor said his wife had been fighting pneumonia after suffering a stroke about six months ago. She was found unresponsive by nurses during a routine check around 1 a.m. today.
