Not that it was ever in doubt, but how about this?

I hope you've kept the place tidy, Octopus.

I was beginning to lose hope...

Moves me into 9th, I think, but a massive whack off DDT climbing inevitably to the summit.

Jo Bryant was much more inspirational than her...

Brian Murray, the first ambulance-man on the scene of the Brighton bombing, has died aged 76.

He's credited with saving several lives, including Norman Tebbit, for which he received the British Empire Medal.

However

He featured in many of the national papers for a three day hunger protest outside the Houses of Parliament and is said to have told Mrs Thatcher “to stick her medal”.

What ever happened to Katherine Crowe?

Has a concert coming up in June. I'm off island then so can't go and nose, sorry.

A woman who's been terminally ill since at least December is planning an event into June?! Really...? Either she's not that ill and has been milking the sympathy, or she's way too optimistic.

Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte was a witness to a deadly accident this afternoon. He saw a woman on a bicycle being hit by a lorry. He gave medical assistance but the woman died at the scene. I bet she didn't wake up this morning to get herself mentioned in this thread.

Won't be bothering with Kayleigh, not because of guilt but because terminally ill folk granted a dream marriage aren't very interesting picks to me.
