I've never really looked into it but don't heart attacks sort of peak around 50 for one of the biggest cause of deaths for males? Not that heart attacks don't happen at any age, but by the time you're 90 I would assume any organ failing, cancer or something else would be the cause of death. I googled it, the biggest killer of 65+ in my country seems to be cardiac arrest which includes heart attacks so I may be wrong, and our dear Hosni Mubarak may die of a heart attack.
