Jack Nicholson is one of our patients and all the nurses hate him, because he always asks them if they have their period & complains about the food." or "Hi, I'm Cary Grant's butler. I was hiding in the closet & and you won't believe what I have seen." I meant anonymous whistleblowers with postings that begin with "Rumor has it" "A little bird told me" or "A friend of a friend, who is an insider, told me." But what do I know? People can look very bad in years and survive while someone you'd never expect to pass already - well, passes. Who's not to say that X is 'soon to be dead' because someone knows a bit.
