I believe it un-embeds but the link stays and leads to a page that just says ‘deleted’.

Yep. Provided that the tweet is embedded, it'll stay there, even if the tweet is deleted. The only difference is that it'll appear in plain text, as opposed to the regular style for an embedded tweet.

Don’t get too excited about the attempts to shield him from the cameras. It’s probably something trivial like they moved him by wheelchair because he’s still a patient. 
 

They seem to adverse to being seen in public looking frail. I seem to recall there was a hoo-ha about Princess Margaret being wheeled out for some occasion or other. Backstairs Billy got his collar felt.

That was for the Queen mothers sort of birthday meet and greet style event outside Clarence  House that she did every year as admirers in the general public came to pay homage to her on her special day if memory serves me right.

A hospital specialising in cancers and cardiac issues seems an odd place for a patient who just has a vague "infection". Is this to do with his heart surgery a few years back, or perhaps might something worse be on the cards for old Phil?

Everything to do with private vs. state. Private does not have the expertise when it comes to life saving procedures. Name me a private outfit that has greater expertise in cardiac and cancer ( hardly trivial issues) matters??

Possibly something that's occurred as a knock on affect from the infection. Wouldn't be too uncommon depending on the severity of the infection for secondary issues to pop up if they have a pre existing condition

So its gone from

 

1) lol we're being over cautious ....hes just there to be monitored for a few days

2) He's still here...he's comfortable...again we're just being cautious

3) Charlie appears to be crying

4) he's staying in again....he's got an infection...he'd doing well *wink* from william.

5) He's still staying in the hospital...he's in good spirits

6) He's still in hospital but we're transferring him to a cancer/heart specialist hospital....something something....heart condition from 2010....nothing more to see here.

I work in a hospital and NHS hospitals do take private patients as there are special areas for those patients.
