Gabe "GabeN" Newell, co-founder of game developer Valve known for games such as Team Fortress 2, the Half-Life series and Counter-Strike looks horrible in these shots recorded for a fan music video from around a week ago. If you compare this to what he looked in this video from ten months ago, he looks like he's aged atleast 10 years. Hopefully it's nothing serious

He looks exactly the same that’s just a different hairstyle +different lighting -glasses -makeup

"Mr. Dotman" Hiroshi Ono, graphic designer for the original Pac-Man game (1980) has died after a long battle with illnesses (recently got hospitalised with autoimmune hepatitis). He was 64.

David Lawson, founder of Imagine Software and co-founder of Psygnosis, UK based companies which started out designing for the ZX Spectrum but after that the Amiga and Atari consoles, reported to have died aged 62 back in August: https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2021-11-24-remembering-david-lawson-one-of-the-founding-fathers-of-the-uk-games-industry

 

Was there right back at the commencement of the explosion in the British games industry.
