It seems he can pull a Ric Flair and survive this hospitalization.

Was dead, then undead, dead again. (Norway`s Wikipedia has him dead.)

Undead again and out of a coma. Darn that Wikipedia. What is the point of it? :tomatododge:

Edit: The Norwegian language version of Wikipedia still has him dead on the 19th of December.

Didn't he once enter the UK charts at #1 (Daydreamer), a stunt he could pull on next year's DL

His chart run was like: new at 8-2-1-1-1-3-11-13-23-30-30-30-30-28-out.

But DL material imo, if he makes it that far.

So - without wishing to tax your knowledge beyond reasonable limits. Was it Gary Glitter who went in straight to #1 around that time with I Love, you Love, me Love?

Yes, and Gary Glitter knocked David Cassidy off the No.1 spot.

1973 also marks a new record in chart history because for the first time 4 singles went straight in at No.1. Beside of Gary Glitter 3 Slade singles achieved that (Cum on feel the noize, Skweeze me, pleeze me and Merry X-mas everybody).
