Thank you, I never expect much here as it's usually over so quick.

I know somebody mentioned Michael Medwin the other day on here, but coincidentally he had popped into my mind the day before as a "Blimey, is he still alive?" name, so into my lists he went.

I am always a spectacular dismal flop in the deathrace  pool !Low expectations here too although there is always a tiny sliver of hope!

3 - Entries close promptly at midnight on 30 December and entry can be made either by sending a team of twenty to MPFC via PM hereabouts and/or by posting a team of twenty on the Deathrace 2020 thread.

4 - Players score points every time a team member dies and accrues an obit (see point 9 below) and the score for each death is calculated as one point for each complete calendar day remaining in 2020 after the death of the team member; so a death on 1 January earns 364 pts, a death on 2 January earns 363 pts etc.

@The Old Crem midnight tommorrow night.

@maryportfuncity Rule 4 needs updating for the leap year doesn't it?

Reet gang - update

23 teams in and gathered into the masterlist

Given the current workload we're past the point where the casual mistake of forgetting who your joker is is negotiable so a couple of teams have the default (top name on the list) pick.

Expecting some of the obvious absent big guns to enter in the final 24 hours but as of this post the teams listed in the first post on the thread are ready for action and we'd have a decent contest if nobody joined them.

I literally just remembered to nab a Joker before pressing send. You'd assume after 9 years of Deathracing I'd remember (and I suppose I did, so job done)!

Team in for the attempted shot at a 3rd title.

Indeed - decent team IMHO

Big masterlist reveal should be good to go sometime mid-morning on New Year's Day
