... so, about one hour after I write that, I learn there is one more (animated) Batman film in post-production, starring Adam West and... William Shatner: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt6142314/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_1 Can one cartoon contain so much ham? Find out next year, same bat-time, same bat-channel.

We were all wrong. The next big death was Teresa May's political career.

Hell to the yeah! EDIT: The article is largely about the social media response to her death and the subheader even makes mention of her 14 million Instagram followers. I guess the conclusion I reached that her social media presence could get her a Mail obit wasn't too far off (even though I picked her moreso with the BBC in mind), even if it was Mirror not Mail that got to it first.

William Shatner the next campy star of an iconic 1960s to go? The only difference between Shatner and West is that, in Shatner's case, the campiness was unintentional!

So Theresa may is running a minority govt with backing of DUP on a issue to issue basis. Honestly there will be another election within a year with Theresa out by Christmas. Minority govts don't last because nothing can ever get done and the manifesto can rarely be implemented. Its looks like a repeat of 1974 . I honestly think we could get a vote of no confidence against Theresa may corbyn is bold enough to try it.

They're just making sure that there's product already available on supermarket shelves for when he does pop his clogs. Record companies have done it many times before.

I have to admit I this did upset me a little, but it's not the biggest death of the year for me. He was really only known for his role in Batman, and not a great deal else. John Hurt was a bigger death for me, not just that he was a very versatile actor and known for many roles, but also that I'd seen him on stage years ago. But most certainly R.I.P. Adam West.

A bloke proposed to his girlfriend but got jilted so now he is offering to exchange the diamond engagement ring for a tinny: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2017-06-06/jilted-fisherman-trading-diamond-ring-for-tinny/8589904 Glad he has seen the light and is now after a much better deal.
