I think I said earlier in thread, I bump into Gerry's sister at the shop, pub etc on occasion. Referred to as Auntie Phil as she is called Philomena. Can't remember if I posted link to a piss take Auntie Phil thread on fitba forum. Here it is, worth a 3 minute viewing..... http://www.pieandbovril.com/forum/index.php?/topic/65016-ask-auntie-phil/

We all know how much I love amateur fireworks. And the inconsiderate fuckwits are out in force again. Neither my son (200 miles away with XH#2) or dug is here (600 miles away with her father) but it's still fucking annoying. And I had to wait ages to buy cigarettes because the firework kiosk took the staff away from the usual customer service area. Scum. Subhuman scum.

The Tony and Golden Globe Winner and Oscar nominated actress singer and subject of regular impersonations by Ryan Stiles, Carol Channing turns 95 next January . She is best known for appearing in Hello Dolly!which earned her a Tony award. She also won a golden globe award and on Oscar nomination for Thoroughly Modern Millie. She is also a dancer and a stand up comedienne. So a pretty much all round performer who fits into several different threads. I definitely think she is a name that sounds very Death List worthy. Sir Creep also reckons she is on her way out so if he is right this thread gives him the perfect space to be as smug as he wishes to be Looks and sounds weak in this commercial last year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mANJ9T_Bsaw Channing in action as a very creepy Queen in Alice in Wonderland.

As an aside, workmate popped 10 of his mother's whilst Pished. Cops got him in her car with foot to the floor in a ploughed field , going no where.

Asked the wife. round here, that one is circa 20 max per prescription, or less if high risk. Knew the in-laws history would come in use.

^ Doubt it. I'm fairly trusted by my doc now and they still give out a max prescription (of other stuff, admittedly) of about 80 pills at a time. Especially doubt it as trammadol is (apparently) addictive and easily overdose-able?

Aye, he had a "procedure" to deal with some blockage issues and was back on the road again within a fortnight. Doubtless he's monitored closely now because - apart from anything else - they still play big enough dates to oblige someone to underwrite lengthy tours with enough insurance to make sure everyone gets paid if it all goes horribly wrong. If Rossington wasn't fit to get on stage there would be no dates going forward. Skynyrd still play festival dates to many thousands and "amphitheatre" shows on their own tours which pull a few thousand a night; and they've been on the road off and on for most of this year.

Talking of Sabrina, have you seen how far Harvey has gone downhill in 20 years?

There does seem to be a lot less these days than when I was a kid. However people still feel the need to set them off during the day! Why

Don’t know about you, but to me, Ian St John honestly just looks like another guy in his mid 70’s. I think he could last another decade at this rate tbh...

Aye, but famous for being ill in that sense.

He looks very frail. I don't think he can survive 2018.

Default "it's their list, they can put who they like on it" here. That said, I like the historical element of the list. You know, the folk who are on the list for nearly a dozen years and then one day go in their sleep. The way some folk graduate over the course of a decade from "they've picked who", to "they've picked them again?" to "they keep picking them" to "damn, RIP to a Deathlist legend" as does happen. The Queen strikes me as the sort of person with 7 plus appearances on the list and a lengthy write up one day, but then, so did Christopher Lee, and he ruined that by randomly dying out of the blue to pnuemonia. Room for both them and folk "likely to die" on a list which has never really been about the numbers. (Otherwise, a whole host of names would have been on it...) But you know, if they want to put the Queen on it 15 times, more power to them. If they drop her and she immediately snuffs it on January 2nd, well, d'oh. But that's life. It's their list, not mine or ours.

Well, on that basis you could include anybody. I too don't get the angst about potentially "missing" the Queen.

The family of the late reggae icon and marijuana activist Peter Tosh is seeking answers after they say his son (Jawara McIntosh) was left in a coma following an attack in a New Jersey jail, where he was serving a six-month sentence on pot possession charges. This wouldn't have happened if they had Legalized It. SC

"Won't give up on their child" Didn't they do that when they went for a nosh, leaving their child alone in a foreign country?
