1 pointNow there's an instantly recognisable TV face. Also part of the loudest laugh I've ever heard in a cinema. School class taken to see the 101 Dalmations live action film in the 90s, and his glare in the scene below got a roar of laughter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5-Mq2xcF7U (Oh, Youtube's not embedding again, but it is only a minute long...)

1 pointTurned it on, though it an obit for a minute! Straight from the son: "[Jimmy] is not great now, he gets looked after by mum and us, but he's still got his sense of humour."

1 pointThat's really broadened your winning opportunities though, as you have several unique picks and now only need one of those. Or a boxer.

1 pointThere are 6 living people who had a hit when there were only 12 songs on the UK charts: Vera Lynn b.1917 (a bunch of dreary waltzes, no offence to our Vera) Ray Anthony b.1922 (Dragnet, #7 in Dec '53) Teddie Chinery b.1927 (I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, #6 in Dec '53) Ronnie Harris b.1928? (The Story of Tina, debuted at #12 in final week of this chart, Sep '54) Joni James b.1930 (Why Don't You Believe Me?, #11 in Mar '53) Petula Clark b.1932 (The Little Shoemaker, #7 in Jul '54) Doris Day was the the most recent loss from this cohort.

1 pointDave Carey died in 2015: https://www.theargus.co.uk/announcements/deaths/deaths/13982435.Dave_Carey/ I found a forum thread about Marie Benson while researching for my #1 Hits DDP team, which included a post saying this: "I came across your post today regarding Marie Benson. She is my Great Aunt. All you information on her is great. Aunty Marie taught me how to sing jazz in my 20s and we became very close. She unfortunatley passed away in 2003." (Another two posters also claim to be relatives after that, neither of whom contradict that account.)

1 pointAnyone but Sanders and Biden would consider it. I know it’s a long shot, but I think her ambition is unrelenting. If she sits this one out, she won’t have a chance again.

1 pointHey, decided to see if the man shot by DC in 2006 was still alive, as I recall he was 78 when the incident happened. Sure enough, Harry Whittington is still alive aged 91. Would definitely QO considering the U.S. media's obsesson with the Vice President shooting a lil' old man.
