Edit: Nope, he's not and doesn't ever appear to have been a pick! George Clayton Johnson died in 2015.

He was indeed a pilot from 617 Squadron, but only began to fly missions with them over a year after the Dambusters raid.

Not sure how Lawrence "Benny" Goodman fits in here, but "Dambusters" is all over his Wiki. I'm guessing because he was in 617 Squadron. Anyway, he's being reported dead: https://www.key.aero/article/dambuster-lawrence-benny-goodman-dies

The wording on his Wiki page doesn't make it clear but I believe I'm correct in saying he was the last surviving pilot from the operation. Johnny Johnson survives and he was an air gunner. News to me that there were any surviving pilots though.

Cross-posting Lawrence Goodman's death report here - reportedly the last surviving pilot of 617 Squadron (but I'm scared because of the whole Tuskegee survivors/Spanish Civil War threads!). According to this, he died 18th July: https://dambustersblog.com/2021/07/18/sqn-ldr-benny-goodman/

Imagine defending a nonce, choosing instead to be part of a campaign of hatred against a couple who don’t want to be part of outdated royal norms. Bin the royals after the Queen dies.
