I assume he's there for China's "ministerial-level medical treatment" that has managed to keep Song Ping, Zhang Lixiong, Ma Shitu and others alive to 105+.

I prefer SM:TV Live's version (with added S Club 7). Mainly because it was my childhood and only watched it because Pokemon was on Saturday morning's if I remember correctly.

American man who was the tallest person in recorded history for whom there is irrefutable evidence Robert Wadlow died on this day 83 years ago, aged 22. Wadlow's height was 8 ft 11.1 in (2.72m) while his weight reached 439 lb (199kg) at his death at the age of 22. His great size and his continued growth in adulthood were due to hypertrophy of his pituitary gland, which results in an abnormally high level of human growth hormone.

So here we are: John B. Goodenough, German-born American 2019 chemistry laureate, has died aged 100. This makes 3.813 points for @theoldlady - congrats. The bonus point for the oldest death of the contest can be awarded, since he was the oldest living laureate anyway. Harry Max Markowitz, American 1990 laureate in economic sciences dies two days earlier aged 95. https://www.nobelprize.org/prizes/economic-sciences/1990/markowitz/facts/ This are 4.920 points for @MariNisia. Congrats as well. What a day for this contest.

Nominal GOP front runner presidential candidate, economic idiot and former CEO of Goodfellas Pizza Herman Cain would have probably got his own DL thread anyway merely out of the fact that he's a possible assassination risk if he ever does become US president. However, what's of more use to us is the fact that in 2006 he was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer that had metastased to his liver. Although it's now in remission, I can't imagine the stress of running for president will do him that good, and even the most optimistic of his doctors say that he has a "50% chance of being alive five years from now". So have at it.
