Sir Creep 7,070 Posted May 9, 2017 A Michigan House member from Marquette was found dead from an apparent suicide on Tuesday, just one day after he was arrested for DUI. State Rep. John Kivela died of an apparent suicide, state officials confirmed Tuesday. The Democratic lawmaker from Marquette was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and released on bond, according to the Clinton County Sheriff's Office. Seems to me politicians have come back from a lot worse. Sad. SC (Edit: A lot worse than DUI, not a lot worse than suicide. No politician has recovered from that)

Sir Creep 7,070 Posted October 28, 2017 In 2014, The Young and the Restless star Kristoff St. John’s son, Julian, took his own life. He had reportedly struggled with schizophrenia and his mental illness caused him to endure everything from addiction to homelessness. According to Julian’s mother and Kristoff’s ex-wife Mia, when it all became too hard for him, their son chose to “set himself free.” That loss has continued to weigh heavily on Kristoff, and as the anniversary of his son’s death approaches, the actor considered taking his own life due to the grief. Kristoff was hospitalized for 72 hours to undergo a psychiatric evaluation after sending photos of himself with a gun to his head to his ex. SC Edit: Looks like his son died on or around the last day of November 2014, so let's see this one play out.

the_engineer 1,415 Posted January 23, 2018 2 hours ago, Toast said: Their mother's a commoner. I dread to think what us real common folk are if this is a commoner . On her father's side, Sarah is a descendant of King Charles II of England via two of his illegitimate sons, Charles Lennox, 1st Duke of Richmond, and James Scott, 1st Duke of Monmouth. By her paternal great-great-grandfather Henry Brand, 2nd Viscount Hampden and her maternal great-grandfather Mervyn Wingfield, 8th Viscount Powerscourt, Sarah also descends from Lady Anne Palmer.[86][87][88][89] Lady Anne was the eldest child of Royal mistress Barbara Villiers, Duchess of Cleveland; she was acknowledged by King Charles II and adopted the surname Fitzroy. She has aristocratic ancestry, being the great great-granddaughter of the 6th Duke of Buccleuch, a great-granddaughter of the 8th Viscount Powerscourt and a direct descendant of James Hamilton, 1st Duke of Abercorn and of Georgiana Cavendish, Duchess of Devonshire, making her a distant cousin of her ex-husband Prince Andrew, Duke of York and also of Diana, Princess of Wales. Her paternal grandmother was Marian Montagu Douglas Scott, a first cousin of Lady Alice Montagu Douglas Scott, who married Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester, an uncle of Queen Elizabeth II They'll need a few more ' commoners' in that bloodline to make them remotely attractive . 1
