Never let it be said we don't cover all nationalities here. Commins Menapi, apparently the greatest ever footballer from the Solomon Islands, has died aged 40. He scored 27 goals for his country including two in a historic 2-2 draw with Australia in the 2004 OFC Nations Cup. However, his legacy should probably be this reducer of a tackle from a New Zealand Football Championship game between Waitakere United and Auckland City:

Turns out George Haigh (b. June 1915) isn't the oldest surviving professional footballer. Arthur Smith (b. May 1915) is.
