Clorox Bleachman 2,021 Posted March 20 James Mates has been unable to finish a sentence without tripping over his words, the last 3 times I've seen him speak live on ITV News. He does get the words out eventually but reads the autocue like he's seeing each line for the first time and has no idea what it means.
