Given how dodgy stuff outside has been today, anybody reckon shit might kick off in the stadium tonight? Be the first Euro match to be abandoned since Russia v Montegro qualifier I think. I can't remember an actual tournament match being abandoned though. Any old members give us that figure?

Probably Cup of Nations or Copa . Can't remember a WC / Euro Finals game getting horsed, just a few notable Qualifiers.

England fan fighting for life after a cardiac arrest just after being attacked by a Russian fan.

@talkSPORT LIVE

Time for a Euros thread in extra curricular I think.... move em if you want Paul.

Happy where it is. I created a World Cup prediction thread about 6 (maybe 10) years ago. No one bothered about wanting it in the footie thread.

Not sure this new twist on elimination rounds is going to go over well.

Actress Janet Waldo aka the voice of Penelope Pitstop has died at 96 http://abc7.com/entertainment/voice-of-judy-jetson-janet-waldo-dies-at-age-96/1383083/

See MMDP - apparently it's an internet hoax

I saw this on Wiki this morning and took it as a done deal considering how long they kept Nicholas Fisk in limbo because he was only dead on Twitter.

Nineties-era investment advisor Dana Giacchetto, a silver-tongued Manhattan social fixture known first for his celebrity clients and then for his headline-garnering fall when he was arrested for misappropriating between $5 million and $10 million of clients' funds (and sentenced to 57 months in prison), was found dead early Sunday, a New York Police Dept. official confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter. He was 53.

Don't know if anyone posted this allready b ut the actress Mary Macleod has died at 78.She was in quite a lot of tv shows over the years such as Taggart, Dalziel and Pascoe etc https://www.theguardian.com/film/2016/jun/13/mary-macleod-obituary

Didn't know the name but recognised the face. She would have been a good one for the character actors thread.

Never seen it!

So, having finally caught up with The Wicker Man, that's another old goodie to check out, right?

Ronnie Claire Edwards, who played Corabeth Godsey on The Waltons, has died in her sleep aged 83. http://www.examiner.com/article/waltons-actress-ronnie-claire-edwards-has-died

Her screen hubby Joe Conley died in 2013.

The Waltons have taken a beating from what was left a couple years ago. One can't help but wonder how Wilford Brimley is upright, and may I throw him in the 'give me a break DL2017 if he's not in the top 50' complaint box ahead of schedule?
