Ideas And Possibilities For 2018

Paolo Villaggio looks unrecognizable in his last photos, I think he has serious pulmonary and cardiocirculatory problems. Still, he does not seems a goner for this year. His daughter says cinema has completely forgot him and he's in frail health. Would be the biggest Italian actor death after Bud Spencer.

Just heard word that David Peel (David Peel & The Lower East Side) is in a stable condition following a massive heart attack.

Re the Hume tribute on Mcguinness: Apparently I am very late to the news that John Hume has severe dementia (apparently not mentioned on this forum before), and a journalist pal tells me he is "not very well at all" these days.

I met Hume in 2013, when I visited his local pub for a drink with some mates. He came around shaking everyone's hand, it was clear dementia had hit him fairly hard.

I am? Well that's a nice old surprise. It's nothing particularly serious, just trying to get a bit of travel into me ^_^

Former LA Dodgers player Pedro Guerrero turned 60 last year

The guy was a big cokehead for decades and  had a heart attack in 2015. Seems a decent outside bet in the next few years.

Has critical brain hemorrhage:

Edit: Hmm, I already have him in my long list because of brain surgery he had in 2016.

According to a report here and on social media he has died.

Edit: Billboard obituary with a better write up.

You guys should really think about Little Richard for next year (if he survives this year)

He's one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century, and all news about his current state of health inevitably point to his looming demise.

I'm honestly surprised that he doesn't have his own thread yet.

So start one.

You dont have to be a veteran of the forum to start a thread.

It keeps the forum alive too.

Bill Cosby - age 80 next year - the stress of his trial(s) for sex crimes could do him in, and certainly if he is sentenced to prison, that could break his will to live.
