6. Ethel Kennedy

Recommended Posts

I think as we enter the decade were Ethel would possibly reach her 100th birthday if she lived that long ,she is likely to be on more and more peoples radar.

I will be interested to see how many select her for any of the pools/games  that begin in the  early new year.

She is about 2 months younger than Jean Kennedy Smith who is her sister-in-law & the last surviving child of Joe & Rose Kennedy. She is the sister of two assassinated siblings & Edward. As Rose lived to 104, Jean could outlive her assassinated presidenial sibling by 70 years.

She's lost a granddaughter in 2019 to a drug overdose, and another granddaughter and great grandson to a boat accident in 2020.

Paul Shrade, who worked on Robert Kennedy’s campaign and was shot in the head during Robert’s assassination, dead at 97

** Paul Schrade

Sorry, not being a spelling Nazi. Just making it searchable.

Interestingly, the Chief Medical Examiner from the case, Thomas Noguchi, is still alive and turns 96 in January.

He was a wiki page. Could get a QO given the prominence of the case and his input.

The "Coroner to the Stars", I read his book over 30 years ago where he went into detail about some of the high profile Hollywood cases he investigated such as William Holden, John Belushi and Natalie Wood. He would definitely get a QO also if you find his book it's well worth a read.

I think this could go either way.Clearly increasingly frail but not horrendously so.

Not exactly the liveliest thread hereabouts, eh?

Once her son sets about campaigning with a vengeance maybe this'll get a bit busier.

a “sad last days” article from msn… sourced from radaronline, so take this with a sizeable grain of salt

to save you a click, and spare your phones the viruses and spyware, it includes statements like “requires 24-hour care” and “struggles to breath and needs an oxygen tank”, also an unnamed source (“tipster”) indicates she is “extremely weak and frequently delusional”

most-likely trash, but the closest thing to an update I can find

She hasn't told her son RFK Jr to shut up in like 2.5 years, and he's been a trainwreck this year. The other Kennedys did the duty.

It did seem as if he was uninvited to their Fourth of July, and Ethel is wheelchair bound. I do think Ethel is a good pick.
