Joey Russ 7,228 Posted January 22, 2018 Since Patrick Cryne has gone, does that mean that the 52nd name has to come into play now?
theoldlady 2,306 Posted January 22, 2018 3 hours ago, Joey Russ said: Since Patrick Cryne has gone, does that mean that the 52nd name has to come into play now? Yep, I think so. Death Impends stated the number 52 was Carol Channing.
Death Impends 7,985 Posted January 22, 2018 4 hours ago, Joey Russ said: Since Patrick Cryne has gone, does that mean that the 52nd name has to come into play now? Correct. Since people might fancy Chris Rea as having better survival chances than some of the original fifty, I'll also give those of you who didn't have Cryne but did have Rea as a sub the opportunity to move Rea into your 25. I feel it's only fair. You can't do so if Rea wasn't your sub. If you decide to do that, make mention of it in a new post rather than editing your original entry. Well, if you want to edit your original entry as well, no one's stopping you. (I'm not moving Rea into mine, as a bit of a hostly sacrifice.)
Joey Russ 7,228 Posted January 22, 2018 Right. I’ll just switch Rea and Franklin at spot #25, and the top 24 will remain the same if that’s okay with you.
Death Impends 7,985 Posted January 22, 2018 Anyways, most of the teams steered clear of Cryne, who most thought wouldn't have even seen 2018, and two teams are spared the embarrassment of getting the first points of the season by his going before the deadline. Hardly confident endorsements of his survival, mind, as the two teams who had him each included him in the final two spots. @theoldlady's updated team has been noted. @Sir Creep was the only other to nominate Cryne and now sees Doris Day in the #25 spot. If you want to change Day's position and/or nominate a new sub, Sir Creep, let me know. 1
