Weird to think Olivia de Havilland will probably be the last to die out of the four.

On the same day as Olivia Newton-John.

When Pat Nixon died, there was a lot of rather ghoulish footage of the frail Richard Nixon bawling his eyes out at her funeral. Quote the commentator, "He wont last a year". He didn't, he was gone within ten months.

Sadly I fear the next heat he will endure is the crematorium...

Nor have any of the old long timers. It's been one new old guy, one MND death, and 3 "frail and ill 50/50ers". Law of averages dictates at least one or two of the regulars will go before December 31st.

    Thanks for that illuminating insight.

And if this does happen in the next few days that will be another death from the bottom of the list.

Something bad has definitely happened. She's deteriorating quickly with the scooter and now the nasal cannula. Maybe she has some respiratory disease?

Found this photo from two days ago. Still in a mobility scooter, though using a nasal cannula now.

No. The democrats are completely united, never has the democratic party ever resisted, whined, and moaned over a GOP President like this before. It only took 8 days for Trump to have net disapproval, it took hundreds of days for Clinton, Bush, and Obama to have a majority of America disapprove of them. Trump has surrounded himself with the most unqualified and unpopular cabinet in history. Almost every democrat in the country is involved in politics, whether it be arguing on social media, protesting, etc. By 2020, people born after the term of the century, who are predominantly liberal, will be allowed to vote and will swiftly reject him.

I'm not too sure anymore. I personally prefer May to Corbyn but Corbyn has been running a good campaign (the best I've ever seen him be) so far and the Tories aren't (weakest I've seen Theresa May be). I still think she'll win (the UKIP collapse should be enough) but it'll be narrower then initially anticipated. I would fire whoever was working on the Conservative campaign and go on the attack. Focus on Brexit (something they finally seem to understand) and make the public consider the thought of John McDonnell as Chancellor of the Exchequer (hit him with his 'I'm a Marxist' tape) and Diane Abbott as Home Secretary (this one should be easy). Also completely abandon the social care stuff or least don't bring it up. When election day comes I think it'll be Conservative's with 350-360. The UKIP collapse benefits them hugely and I don't think young people will come out in great enough numbers to really push Labour over the edge. Corbyn might actually survive as Labour Leader though, something I never thought possible at the start of this. I think Farron and Nuttall are both done though, and I would honestly advise UKIP to just disband at this point, they had one goal and they fulfilled it. Plus, UKIP is nothing without Nigel Farage.

Consensus is dull. Someone should pick...Helena Bonham Carter for the LOLs.

Binary choice, other option is Theresa May. Simple. (She's still winning a landslide.)

Depends on the pay. I mean, you can say anything and never need to actually act on it, and get a fairly big TV presence. Cushy job. Charlie Kennedy showed you could do the job entirely pissed out your tiny and gain seats. Barring a 2010 disaster where you actually need to go into government, it would take a complete useless fuckwit to screw it up.

Trump to pull out of the Paris Climate Agreement. What an idiot.

At the risk of sounding like a stuck record, I like a bit of notice before a deadpool begins, and I don't want to see other people's teams before I've had a chance to consider my own choices.

Aye, fair play JR; assuming the Advant Avalanch cascades again I'll be hovering over the Enter key to sneak a seasonal stiff into the mix.
