For me, the deaths of 2016 hit you like a hammer. But 2017 is a slow burner. It's catching up.

Just for a change, I go with McCain. Sure, Bush is frail and often looks a bit shit, but he doesn't have terminal cancer. I'd reckon he can last one or two years with a bit of luck. (And if Bush Sr. dies first I'd just pretend that I meant Dubya all along. :))
