Pentti Saarikoski's first wife, author Tuula Saarikoski who wrote books about Armi Ratia and Tauno Palo dead at 85: https://www.hs.fi/kulttuuri/art-2000008129088.html She gained most of her fame from writing a book about her former husband in the 2010s. Pentti Saarikoski (1937-1983) during his short life became one of the most known Finnish poets of the 20th century. Pentti Saarikoski was also likely the only person to have translated Homer's and Joyce's Ulysses. Tuula had cancer and dementia.

Juini Booth, who plied his bass with some of the grandest figures in jazz history, has died at 73. Over his six decade career, Booth was a member of Sun Ra Arkestra and accompanied such legends as Art Blakey, Pharoah Sanders, Chick Corea, McCoy Tyner, and Coleman Hawkins. Italian composer Ceclia Seghezzi lived to 111. She seems to be somewhat obscure, though, as I've not manged to find recordings of any of her works.

Dahlia Sky dead from apparent suicide. She was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer a few months ago.

Dennis Murphy, co-founder of the World Hockey Association, which was in business between 1972 and 1979 as direct competition with the National Hockey League before folding, has died. He was 94.
