Finished 8th in the Grand Final with Anytime You Need. You know how plastic bags and bits of loo roll find their way onto trees? It's that one. Terry Wogan made a rather unfortunate reference to a Red Indian in commentary.

Fumio Kishida will become the Prime Minister of Japan next month. So unless someone dies before that, there will soon be 13 of them alive, the youngest being 64-year old Kishida. Two nonagenarians: Murayama and Kaifu. Murayama, 97, can still stand, walk and talk properly in a video from a couple of months ago and atleast a few years ago still rode a bike. Kaifu seems to also be in great health. The four octogenarians Fukuda, Mori, Hosokawa and Aso also still look okay (Out of the four only Mori doesn't look great for his age in my opinion) in new pictures, all still active. Koizumi will be 80 in January.

"I’ve always been aware of being a big boy — aware of my weight and looking at going on diets." Perhaps he should stop "looking" at diets and start implementing one? Got to admit, I have a soft spot for Biggins. Wouldn't like to see him go this soon. He ought to take care and slim down a bit.
