Looks like Park Jae-Seung died in 2015, so he was the last Korean survivor. I was torn between Frank Field and Anthony Sher but I logged on during a comfort break in a meeting I was in an saw Frank had already been taken. Anthony Sher is a more me pick anyway I saw him play Macbeth in Stratford several years ago. Very sad but I will take the long-awaited win. There’s a good thread running on the Crossroads fan site on Facebook about actors still alive and some telling comments. Jane Rossington (Jill) is in very poor health aged 78. David Lawton (Chef Mr Booth) is 96 and still going strong. He’s losing his sight and hearing by all accounts but still living at home and supported by his friends.

I'm actually a bit troubled by how many Basildonians are on here. I could understand the Scots with the dreich, and generally being dour, but we are becoming a majority. That can't be good, surely?
