Here is a photo of Al Jaffee receiving a certificate in recognition of his achievement from a GWR representative, as he is in my Joker's DeadPool list. I have a letter and some doodles from Al. Nothing in the rules to say that you have to wait for a QO before posting - just make sure they are actually dead.
