Ra Ra Rasputin 99 Posted December 24, 2012 She's also about to star in the stage version of Driving Miss Daisy in Australia. Note the dates of the Adelaide shows; doesn't look like she's about to shuffle off any time soon at all. http://www.daisyonstage.com.au/
Toast 16,140 Posted December 24, 2012 It does not look like Angela will be leaving us any-time soon: She's also about to star in the stage version of Driving Miss Daisy in Australia. Note the dates of the Adelaide shows; doesn't look like she's about to shuffle off any time soon at all. You say that, but very old people driving cars isn't always a road to longevity. Davey Jones' Locker 1,324 Posted December 24, 2012 Yes, there are billboards all over the place down here advertising her upcoming shows. By the way, let's not forget her real-life grandad was the greatest prime minister Britain never had.
Long-timeLurker 1 Posted February 24, 2013 By all accounts Angela and James Earl Jones are doing very well in the Australian production of Driving Miss Daisy. From the clips I have seen she is moving about the stage without any problems, unlike other Broadway stars of her age (Elaine Stritch and Carol Channing are both using wheelchairs). Though of course Angela is not too good at remembering the lines and has to wear an earpiece.
Guest Guest Posted February 24, 2013 if she's doing well why mention it? th is foum is meant to document famous peoples illnesses and death not their wellbeing!
Phantom 2,533 Posted February 25, 2013 if she's doing well why mention it? th is foum is meant to document famous peoples illnesses and death not their wellbeing! Because there may be some people who have Angela Lansbury or James Earl Jones on their list and it's beneficial to know if they're still healthy or at death's door so they can decide whether to keep them on their list for next year or opt for someone else.

RoverAndOut 4,746 Posted May 3, 2016 Just turned up on The One Show, who were doing a piece about Bedknobs and Broomsticks. She was speaking via video link from the US but still looked in fine fettle, old (unsurprisingly) but clearly still with all her faculties.
ImNotHades 207 Posted September 6, 2016 She seems in a pretty good shape although she could go quick like Christopher Lee. Apparently joining Game of Thrones cast. Well someone needs to solve all those murders. http://screenrant.com/game-thrones-angela-lansbury/

Well someone needs to solve all those murders. http://screenrant.com/game-thrones-angela-lansbury/ The seventh season will feature the long-awaited Targaryen invasion of Westeros. At first glance I thought for a moment she was going after Charon.

Dead Wait 1,129 Posted November 26, 2016 http://www.broadwayworld.com/article/Exclusive-Angela-Lansbury-Reveals-She-Wont-Return-to-Broadway-in-THE-CHALK-GARDEN-20160920 Missed this from late September. Pulled out of a return to Broadway citing her age. Whilst this isn't surprising for a 90 year old (now 91), she had only agreed to it and was excited by the prospect only 3 months previously when she was clearly the same age. So..........what really happened to her in those 3 months?
WednesdayAddams 103 Posted January 19, 2017 Okay, 'fess up! Who else just saw 'Lansbury' trending on Twitter and got all interested?? Turned out to be about a football transfer. This woman is indestructible!
