I think "hospice" is just his way of getting free servants.

We're lucky he didn't say "he'll be 120 in 22 years".

A few words by his UN ambassador Andrew Young makes me think his health is not as bad as it sounded at first : he said that he can still talk, laugh and « he greets everybody, it’s amazing to see how many names he remembers. ». It doesn’t sound like he is bedridden and fed through a tube like what was said about Rolf Harris 6 months ago…

of course it could just be a friend trying to hide the sad truth but I do believe he has still weeks to live.

Weeks or years?

Not years. Weeks. Maybe months. I reckon he’ll go somewhere in early october, but that’s maybe too long from now

I hope he at least makes it to his and Rosalynn’s 77th anniversary on July 7. Of course, now I’ve said that he’ll die July 6th

Jimmy Carter has now outlived a full 10% of the 2023 DL since entering hospice care. Tina Turner (RIP) is the list's fifth hit since February 18th.

Originally omitted from the original article, the fastest ever POTUS Donnie Trump reportedly finished ahead of Jimmy Carter despite the bone spurs.  Donnie did not however mention that he was in a golf cart.

Some sad news, Rosalynn Carter has been diagnosed with dementia Former first lady Rosalynn Carter diagnosed with dementia (msn.com)

Could this affect Jimmy Carter's health? Richard Nixon seemed to be going strong until Pat Nixon passed in June 1993. By February 1994, he was having throbbing pain in his head and was found to be at a heightened risk of having a stroke, which he did indeed suffer two months later and died at age 81.

Saw this on Twitter and thought it was interesting: no U.S. President has died in May, and Carter's only a week away from keeping that true. However, June and July are the most popular months for Presidential death, with 6 and 7 each.

He did indeed survive May, though he may make it to May of next year!

Surely most common rather than most popular - they’re not exactly choosing to take Summer off…..

3 months is a long way to go for him but I said that back in february. What I found weird is that they post something random like that When we know his condition : they must be pretty sure he will reach it or else they wouldn’t have post it.
