Dead Wait 1,156 Posted August 18, 2017 "Life is the name of the game and I don't want to play the game with you" Great entertainer - I grew up watching his second stint of Generation Game, very funny!! RIP Brucie
Joey Russ 7,263 Posted August 18, 2017 Almost 500 guests. Shows that a massive death like his can really bring a lot of people here...
torbrexbones 717 Posted August 18, 2017 Won't be missed by me, he has done nothing of any worth for 50 years and did not deserve a knighthood ahead of some others.
The Mad Hatter 1,093 Posted August 18, 2017 This is just good Forsythe on the committes part. 1 2

gcreptile 11,074 Posted August 18, 2017 I had a feeling there'd be several massive deaths this weekend - simply because the last week was bereft of any B- or even C-list names.
Toast 16,232 Posted August 18, 2017 Has this come too late to be blamed on attributed to Aaron Ramsey?

msc 18,536 Posted August 18, 2017 The One Show is axed for tonight, replaced by tribute show. Even in death, he brings happiness. 1
Exu 250 Posted August 18, 2017 Sad, but entirely predictable. He lived a good life and enjoyed it. My 13th hit on my long list. RIP

Deathray 2,942 Posted August 18, 2017 Sad sad loss for the British television industry and British entertainment as a whole. He's had a long and fulfilling life and I hope is family are able to remember the smiles he brought to everyone's face. Probably one of the last universally recognised faces of British television; as in you could as a 9 year old or a 99 year old and they'd both be able to recognise his catchphrases or know a programme he did.
Guest Posted August 18, 2017 A Deathlist hit on my birthday, nice shame it was Bruce and not somebody else, though. RIP.
Deathray 2,942 Posted August 18, 2017 This seems like a perfect time to post Bruce's HIGNIFY guest host slots. Very amusing.
