I suspect you might need to play a few subs before the year is out.

Will be interesting to see how many make the starting line next year.

I found notebook from about 10 years ago where I had a possibilities list jotted down. Went though the list and only 4 remain still alive, and they're on this years DL

Who are they?

Cloris and Ed look really bad in the photos, but if they can star in a new TV show, their health can't be that bad.

Leachman will turn 90 on April 30. Where does she look bad?? She's looking much better than Mary Tyler Moore, who is more than 10 years younger.

I like the way Mary Tyler Moore's underarms keep wobbling a good 10 minutes after she's stopped moving her arms.

Hi 😄🙆

She looks decent but then you realize how blank her eyes look and it seems like she has no idea where the fuck she is and what the fuck is going on.

Trial date set for Tremeloes stars accused of sex assault

More historical accusations, this one dating back to 1968.

But this caught my eye:

"Mr Hawkes, of The Herons, Laleham Reach, Chertsey, who is the father of 1990s pop star Chesney Hawkes, performs in the current Tremeloes line-up.

His barrister Liam Walker told the hearing both men suffered from acute illnesses and Mr Hawkes was due to go undergo chemotherapy in November."

Roy Davis Jr has been diagnosed with MS. He's canceled all his April shows, and at 46 could be a decent DDP shot if he makes 2016.

The average life expectancy is 30 years from the start of the disease

Indeed, my auntie was diagnosed with MS around 30 years ago, she is now 61 and you'd never know she had it, it is by no means a death sentence.

My 68-yr old sister was diagnosed in early 30s. its a dabilitating disease not a death sentence. I concur and am unanimous in that.

Surely Ken Dodd at 88 is likely to go to the great variety theatre in terms sky soon?

Hard to call re Doddy who obviously thrives on his work and seems more vital than others around his age - like the increasingly frail Sir Brucie. Wouldn't be totally surprised if an on stage heart attack claimed Doddy but - on the other hand - Peter O' Sullevan still had his marbles at the end of his career and lingered in reasonably good health until he'd got close to 100. Doddy looks like one of that sort to me.

Accurate diagnosis being the key point here. There were people around where I grew up diagnosed with Parkinson's in the late fifties/early sixties who went on way beyond any expectations and didn't appear to get worse. By the time some of them were pegging out at very advanced ages in the late 1980's there were mutterings that the spate of cases was more likely to do with their work on farms and the nerve damaging effects of some agricultural chemicals. Since the companies making said chemicals weren't exactly keen to have their products investigated and the "sample" were old to the point of near death nobody ever got to do the definitive work.

That Anthony Worral-Thompson needs to cook hisself one of them there slap up meals of his - looked chuffing awful on Most Shocking TV Moments ( I was doing something else at the time, no really..). I know he's supposed to be a talking head - but where's the rest of him?

Last seen in 'The Hobbit - The Desolation of Smaug', apparently.

How about the Radio 2 DJ Desmond Carrington for next year's list? He's 90 this year. I'm not sure how he is health-wise, but he still presents his Radio 2 show once a week.
