Also presented Pick of the Pops on BBC Radio 2. A much better presenter than Tony Blackburn who took over from him. And who can forget his straight cameo in Gimme Gimme Gimme - that was comedy gold.

Given charon's mentioning Souness, just happen to be watching that Nesbitt doc series, Disasters that CHanged Britain. Quite good, but anyhow, ep on Munich and up as a talking head is 2018 Denis Law. Looks like fucking shite. Recent pic in the Sun but it flatters him. Got the old Scottish drunk circling the final drain look on screen, know it well. Brian Glanville on the other hand, who also appears in this, looks bloody great. Could yet live to write the obits of Law, Souness and Pele.

Ehh. Even if this thread was started a long time ago, DeathList Under 45 sees more activity, and I don't think there's enough of a distinction to warrant an under 40 AND under 45 thread.

A couple of work colleagues were on it just after it started out. One of them was a demented loon so dashing around the aisles like some kind of nut-job seemed to suit him. I still see this bloke in Tesco sometimes and I quickly leave if I know he’s got a trolley in his hands as he shops in the same manner as his appearance n Supermarket Sweep.

Whilst watching the Stephen Lawrence doc on BBC looked up former judge William MacPherson, author of the MacPherson report into the bungled original investigation. Now aged 92 and would surely generate major news coverage as said report is considered a major landmark in British legal history

Fauve (this dates me, Mistral's Daughter) oh and Audrina does too. Wouldn't inflict them on real people though. Rob as stated on the other thread, all sound, but most recently Cassidy. I'm not having any more children so if I have to name anything again it'll be a collie, after this boy in the back.

Indeed a unique pick in one of my DDP teams (Apricot Crumble) I sensed a tragic vibe lost soul feeling about him and there were whispers and rumours that tallied with that after his non attendance at his close pal Cilla Black's funeral. Very sad news.

Boudicca you’re onto something. I bet it’s a faux French name like Jean that plays in France or Canada but is an exclusive girly girl’s name in (America at least). SC

Given that she is a shape-shifting reptilian alien she probably only bred them for food anyway. So as it is the last one it must mean she no longer needs them as she is on her way out/back to her home planet.

Spoiler alert - he will die before finishing writing the books. Last I heard, he wrote 1800 pages more and the last book was going to become three, and so on? Series is like that fire in Turkmenistan, it'll never end. This post was solely to reference Darvaza, I fully admit it.

Could be! In which case I applaud his deliciously dark, sarcastic sense of humour.

Joey - accepting that depression is a serious illness that can hit anyone I still can't help imagining the conversation. Hi Joey Hi Feeling a bit low Low, yep Been able to go outside recently and get any fresh air and sunlight? No, inside mostly. Inside mostly? Hmmm, how do you pass your time? Well I'm really interested in people dying and who's going to die next. I surf the internet every waking minute looking for people who might die and are terminally ill and then I post about it on a forum and also I've got some teams of people I think are going to die and I check up on them all the time and sometimes I post on the forum about whether it's going to be a quiet year for deaths or maybe there will be an upsurge soon and maybe someone's cancer is going to get a whole lot worse and I just can't get enough of researching death to be honest. Hmmm, sips coffee.
