Lucille Starr, the first female Canadian country music singer to sell one million records, the first Canadian woman to be inducted into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame and the first Canadian woman to perform at Nashville's famous Grand Ole Opry, has died. She was 82. I suppose the epitaph writes itself. (In Kenny Rogers voice: "You picked a fine time to leave me, Lucille.") https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/lucille-starr-country-music-manitoba-1.5714448

Joe Biden. If Joe Biden wins the 2020 presidential election, I highly doubt he would make it through the first four year term as president. This is because while trying to run for president in 1988, he suffered two brain aneurysms and that took a toll on his mental health. He is also 77 going on 78, so if he does win the presidential election he will be the oldest president to step foot into office.

Not a good time to have been a Cook Islands politician. On the heels of one-time PM Joe Williams' death, former Health Minister Nandi Glassie has now also died. He was 69. https://www.rnz.co.nz/international/pacific-news/425388/the-cook-islands-loses-another-former-cabinet-minister

If one wanted to be cruel, given how things turned out, you might say that despite being the older brother Edward VIII *was* the spare, he just didn't realise it...

None of these doom predictions are going to happen. Total waste of a dead pool game. I am going to give you all 5 positive predictions that I genuinely think will happen. 1) Biden wins the US Presidential Election, 2) Relations with China begin to develop into more friendlier diplomacy and less confrontational, 3) Coronavirus subsides all around the globe, 4) UK economy bounces back and growth soars across all sectors and 5) A beautiful white Christmas to enjoy remind us all of the good old days

After a terribly busy week, and a few days before a week-long holiday of mine, I could finally update again. With Brett Hutchinson's/Sinclair's belated QO, April gets to 30 hits, i.e. one per day. I might get another update on Monday in. But after that, things have to wait for about 8 days.
