Sorry, should say Jerry Lee Lewis before any smart-alec helpfully points out Dean Martin's former partner has been dead for years.

From the first One Day International played on 5 January 1971 Australia v England. Survivors as of 30 November 2021 are: England - Geoff Boycott, Keith Fletcher, Ray Illingworth, Alan Knott, John Snow, Ken Shuttleworth, Peter Lever 7/11 Australia - Bill Lawry, Keith Stackpole, Ian Chappell, Doug Walters, Ian Redpath, Greg Chappell, Rodney Marsh, Graham McKenzie, Alan Connolly, Alan Thompson 10/11 So a lot of survivors. The only Australian to pass away is Ashley Mallett who only died a few months ago. Wonder who will be the last one standing. Not Illingworth or Boycott that's for certain.

102-year old "Nanda Sir" Nanda Prusty received the Padma Shri award three weeks ago: And has now been hospitalised and is in critical condition with covid, fever and "old-age ailments" Seems like Pappammal was also in that video, in a wheelchair in the background. And that Prusty's age went from 98 to 102 in a couple of weeks?

Leonie Marshall, International Dressage rider and founder of the Bradbourne Riding and Training Centre in Sevenoaks, has died at the age of 86. She died on November 10 after a short spell in hospital, just ten months after the death of her late husband Barry Marshall. She had been driving her pony, Amber, on the day she was taken to hospital. I guess there was no Amber alert. And yes I’m still pissed off about no DDP obit for Barry. SC

Great Test captain and pretty good Test and First Class career - if Martin Crowe can be top of the DL then no issues at all with RI being in top 10. Also, I learn from Wiki, the oldest person alive to have played a One Day International having played in the very first in 1971.
