Watched the Scottish leaders debate last night.   Fucking arseholes talking over each other making it impossible to hear who the better liar was.

These bastard couldn't agree on the colour of shite.

Was supposed to be a debate, not an argument no one could hear.  [Rant over]

Anyone else here think that Farage's sudden U-turn on standing as a candidate might have something to do with the new 'convicted felon' status of his buddy in America who he was planning to spend the summer with? I also reckon the financial woes over at GBNews might have played a role. This is his last desperate bid to stay somewhat relevant in the face of his last notable gob-venting outlet crashing and burning over the next year or so.

100% it's connected in some way. Said here previosly that it would be interesting to see if GB News falls away either going online a la Talk TV or all together after July as I suspect Ofcom will finally get their finger out of their arse from July.

I think a lot of people told him to stand.

Of course, those were the voices in his head saying "Nige, you could actually win a seat, the Tories are in wipeout mode". It is simply self-advancement, self interest.

A man who blames absolutely every ill the UK is suffering on immigration. Unfortunately, he has been handed that platform by a Government who has let it get out of control, but it is a ridiculous one issue party. First it was the EU, then Brexit wasn't done properly, now this.

He's simply the National Front/BNP representative of today. As bad as Galloway.

Forget the other issues about GB News etc, that is the real story here.

Imagine wishing it was 1887 again in 1924 and that gives you perspective on how out of time the likes of Swayne are these days.

Come the next election he will probably be leader of the opposition having either taken over the Tories or reform having eclipsed the Tories.

And my bold prediction is he will be PM sometime in the next 15 years. It just feels inevitable just like how Boris felt inevitable for so long.

Now Ed Davey is doing board games!

Next stop I'm sure will be playground, where he sits on a swing to show the swing to the Lib Dems!

I love how they are having a whale of a time and still managing to get their message across.

Didn't want to post about this until it was available on iplayer but did anybody catch the disgraceful Tory Party Political Broadcast last night? Fucking disgusting. How do you know when a party is losing an election? When they turn to fear to try and win. Find the scariest voiceover man we can and make a load of unfounded claims about Labour. Yeah, that'll do it.
