BadEgg 38 Posted December 15, 2012 Got home last night to find the missus in high festive spirits watching Xmas type party videos on some music channel,one song played was Peter Kay and Tony Christie's Is this the way to Amarillo? my gf was going to turn over but I said "Wait Sir Jimmy is in this!!!" and guess what??? they cut his part out!!!!! bastards!!!! he raised £40 million for charity!!! I believe that he was the producer when Jimmy Saville used to do "Pick of the pops" ( Now done by Tony Blackburn) on Radio 2. He always referred to him as "Uncle Ted." Ive no doubt that King was also up to no good around that time but it would be speculation to say that they were "working together" at that time.
