He scored 155 goals in 360 odd appearances which is more than decent and was top scorer with 27 in season 1960/61. alt obits guy 3,371 Posted October 17, 2022 Twitter reporting the death of former League of Ireland player Ricky McEvoy at age 55. He played with the Shamrock Rovers in the 1980s and 90s. Death seems to have gone unnoticed until now (his Wiki page was only updated today), probably over the confusion with Dave Smith (b. 1933, wiki) who also died in September.
