Bill Gates (not that one, the former Middlesbrough defender) has died aged 79. Subject of a documentary on the link between heading footballs and dementia, and was diagnosed with such in 2014.

I don't think anyone was happy the last time they picked a Bill Gates.

X going crazy saying Bill Kenwright is a goner.

Statement awaited from Everton apparently. Might be a hoax, might not.

He was a DDP cult pick a couple of years ago but beat it pretty fast. The 2nd diagnosis has put him on many radars.

Also a DDP this year.

Complications of a 2nd diagnosis...death wouldn't surprise.

Well I suppose Bill thought he'd rather die than see Everton in the Championship.

Aye, football trivia I can't resist. Carlisle have a 100% league record against them. Beat them home and away in our one top flight season, never played them for points before or since. Our current standing is shite but a takeover appears to be underway with cash input to follow. We may yet collide again.

It’s been “sack the board” for donkey’s years and now they’re all “boohoo we lost a true friend” after he kicks the bucket. Sooner those bluenose toffee cunts are relegated the better. I hate ‘small cloobs’ (the only interesting quote Benitez ever uttered) like them.

Everton's takeover may be in even bigger trouble with a rumoured 12 point deduction.
