May his victims rest in peace, and may their families finally find it.

I'm ashamed to put it here, but it's late and I'm lazy. National Theatre have reported the death of Irish actor John Rogan (on 19 March as I understand it) aged 78. https://twitter.com/NationalTheatre/status/843850703290404864 Wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Rogan_(actor) IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0736580/ Famous for theatre rather than TV and Film, but does have some notable credits and fans of Father Ted will remember him as Mr Fox from Speed 3:

If only Gord Downie, Leah Bracknell, and Errol Christie were US Congresspeople then picking names here would be much easier

Yeah, got Rockefeller right. Hope I will be right again with Hugh Hefner.

It's an embarrassment of riches with Rockefeller's death as Death Impends regains top spot, Whoaml becomes a contender and gcreptile gets another hit in what seems like ages. Also, it's my 5000th post. Go everyone!

I SCORED!!!!!!!! I was only thinking last night that I was destined to end the month goalless and then look at what I wake up to! I fear it is little more than a late consolation but at least I can tell my grandkids of the day I scored in the inaugural Deathlist Cup...

Knowing Last Word they'll probably open with someone who ran a second-hand bookstore for hedgehogs.

Incidentally (and belatedly) congratulations to The Living End for becoming the first DDP team in history to pass the 1000 points mark! Currently on 65pts which makes a grand total of 1021pts... I salute you!

Yet another mainstream newspaper talks about it: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/long_reads/world-war-3-is-coming-a7622296.html

The most disturbing aspect of this is the macho muscle flexing being displayed on all sides. Most folk on the planet just want to get by,but our leaders (elected and otherwise) seem intent on poking each other with sharp sticks. When North Korea eventually develop a nuclear capability then all bets will be off and the U.S. may live to regret making threats.

I'm thinking April 14th 2017, otherwise known as Good Friday.

A goner by April. Could have topped the Drop 40 if he'd come clean a few weeks earlier.

I don't watch Babylon 5, but apparently it is. He's fairly recognisable. Most of the actors are Irish ones, so obscure outwith the show. Otherwise, Vernon Dobtcheff is the casino owner who Jaws kills in The Spy Who Loved Me, the Scientist in the Doctor Who story The War Games, and thousands of other roles. Richard Wilson is Victor Meldrew. Gerard Murphy was in Silver Nemesis and Denys Hawthorne in Terror of the Vervoids (both Dr Who). Peter Caffrey was in Ballykissangel, Clare Grogan is a former pop star (Altered Images) who was in Gregory's Girl, and Graham Norton and Tommy Tiernan are now internationally renowned comics...somehow. Oh, and Declan Mulhullond was a drunk who once played Jabba the Hutt in Star Wars. Father Ted is great, one of the finest sitcoms ever made. And entirely accurate too.
