I predict a riot. But being neither a Kaiser, nor a chief, I suspect no-one will take me seriously.
On other news I predict Iceland will embugger air travel again this summer - go by boat
I predict Joe will win Strictly, a woman will win CBB and Mary Berry, Mel and Sue will do either a parody of, or the real thing of, driving off a cliff edge come October's close of Brexit negotiations.
I predict a huge amount of boredom, hatred of one's own family, jealousy, bankruptcy and general wanting to be elsewhere doing other things on the 25th December this year.
Serious thanks for T-Mib for his handover notes by the way, he's still going to be the MVP of DDP 2k18 even without hosting. It's like when you start a new job and the previous employee actually left a decent list of instructions for what you have to do in the gig.
Good luck everyone, but especially Spade.
Currently picture you going "Free at last" like Marcus Scarman at the end of Pyramids here.
Planning to do a OoO 2010, continue the tradition?
He certainly feels deathlisty, he also seems like someone who would "get" the deathlist too, but he's one of a handful of people I could never put in a dead pool because I like him too much.
Deathrace is even no. 2 for me. And I usually suck at it. Hopefully, the Deathlist Cup gave me the necessary experience to do better with the quick deaths.
Just letting you know I'll start working on the thread for the Deathrace in a couple of weeks and likely post it and open up for entries on or by 1 Nov
Given the tonnage of deadpools hereabouts can I assume there'll be enough interest - i.e. about 12-20 teams - to make it worthwhile?
Usual deal - teams of 20, points for every calendar day to go in the year when a pick dies, jokers, 18+ for team picks and fairly tolerant attitude to what exactly is a q/o and a full set of rules confirming all this so's everyone who can be arsed reading them is duly warned of what's going on.
