German sociologist, philosopher and university professor Hans Albert, one of the strong critics of the continental hermeneutic tradition (Martin Heidegger and Hans-Georg Gadamer), has joined the Club today. https://www.forschung-und-lehre.de/zeitfragen/hans-albert-feiert-100-geburtstag-3465/ He is a critical rationalist. His works (I read the "Analysis and critics of the religion") do uncover "undiscovered premises as well as new and often fatal consequences" in several worldviews or topics. I would give a lot to know what he thinks about Deathlist.

Against "mild to moderate infection". But since they can't yet say if it's effective or not against serious illness, I assume that nobody in the trial was seriously ill.

Courtenay will go first I think. He was on BBC Two the other week reciting some Shakespeare from home and he looked very frail, hands seemed to be shaking.

Harry Fielder was 'The King of the Extras'. It would probably be easier to list what he didn't appear in throughout the 60s and 70s and beyond. http://www.harryfielder.co.uk/ His coffin will be carried by non speaking extras, the music will be via the performing rights society and the vicar will only be allowed to say a few words but get paid more. RIP legend.

It will only get worse, since a higher proportion of the population is infected & new mutations are discovered every other month. And I bet that the vaccine will kill a lot of very old & weak persons as well.

Well, I also quit the forum. But it was late, and I was really tired. I returned this morning.
