Actually yes, he did. Forgot to mention. His sons Leonid and Sergei both had atleast two children. When Leonid died, Khrushchev adopted his daughter Julia (1940-2017). There likely are some living grandchildren, however there doesn't seem to be much information on them available atleast on the wiki. Sergei's son Nikita Sergeyevich died in 2007 from a stroke.
