Ah the internet never forgets Here is a cut and paste about the limericks. This is from a contest whose requirements were to use the words Lewinsky and Kaczynski (the Unibomber) in a limerick. Winner: There once was a gal named Lewinsky Who played on a flute like Stravinsky 'Twas "Hail to the Chief" On this flute made of beef That stole the front page from Kaczynski. First runner up: Said Bill Clinton to young Ms. Lewinsky We don't want to leave clues like Kaczynski, Since you look such a mess, Use the hem of your dress And wipe that stuff off of your chinsky. Second runner up: Lewinsky and Clinton have shown What Kaczynski must surely have known: That an intern is better Than a bomb in a letter Given the choice of how to be blown

Overheard on 60s radio that a member of Gary Puckett and the Union Gap just died - Kerry Chater - https://williamsonsource.com/obituary-kerry-chater/ First death from the group it looks like. The dwindling tally of intact 60s bands goes down another.

Not sure how reliable the report is but Abune Antonios is reported dead here: https://erena.org/patriarch-of-the-eritrean-orthodox-church-abune-anotnios-passes-away/ If established, he is going to be a hit. A non-QO hit, but a hit nevertheless. Prove me wrong.

Yawn. Can't believe the BBC consider that worthy of a breaking news notification. They're just as guilty for needlessly hyping the hysteria around COVID and scaring the population as the rest of the broadcasters. My dad is the same age as Charles. He's 3x jabbed, but a stroke survivor. Had COVID 2 weeks ago. His worst symptom was feeling tired with a "wee headache". Charles is healthy, presumably jabbed and has already had it in the past. There's a next to zero chance of any complication developing.

Unbelievable, it's almost like some folk on here are journalists and media folk feeding their point scoring deaths around...

It's very possible (in my opinion), that COVID never leaves us and there'll be wave after wave, like the annual flu waves, and I think it's possible that many, many people will basically get re-infected every few months or so. I think everybody will have one or two weeks per year a bit under the weather, if there are any symptoms at all.

Riding high in the UK charts right now - in the wake of it's impending cancellation - is the Neighbours theme. Singer Barry Crocker is 86. Composer Tony Hatch is 82. Maybe not next year, but surely not too many years left in them.

First Bob Saget, now Filipaina: a terrible year for the Olsens. Olsen Filipaina was an eggchaser on the league side of things, and apparently a pretty influential character who helped break barriers for players of Samoan descent in New Zealand. However, what you care about is the points: four active teams went for the the uce stand-off. An Fear Beag recovers from that early knockback to go ahead in his tie, ThereWillBeDeaths7 likewise now leads in his encounter, Sir Cunto gets his first points on the board and Annami looks like he might be handing out the first squonking of the tournament to Hell. Why would anyone facepalm you for that? Nobody on this forum is denying COVID makes people ill and kills them. Some users here just reject your show of arrogance that there is a single streamlined view on vaccination/COVID-19 origin/health risk vs. measures etc., and that any deviance from that single view makes you a nutty conspiracy theorist. You got facepalmed to fuck in the Klaus Schwab thread yesterday because you appear to be suggesting that anyone who says he has too much influence over global affairs as one individual is the same as those who suggest there is some kind of illuminati operating in the corridors of power. He IS an individual with too much influence. As are Bill Gates and George Soros etc. That doesn't mean I believe they are a part of a global illuminati and drink children's blood etc. Pipe down and stop being so dismissive of others/brandishing them as idiots etc.

A day later, still no confirmation. Much easier to get confirmation for al-Baghdadi. Guess ISIL is a way more organized terrorist organization.
