I do find it funny that all those people who don’t understand that there is a protocol for the Queens death with very specific ways of communicating the news and seem to think it COULD be leaked are the same people who suggest (when she hasn’t been seen for some time) that she has already died and it has been covered up intimating it COULDN’T be leaked……

Lord knows if the Queen died we'd all be looking to Hollywood Unlocked to break the news...

With the official cancellation of The Wendy Williams Show due to Wendy's "medical issues", I believe this has now entered thread territory.

The February pace is accelerating. Presuming that the ISIS boss will be confirmed dead eventually, and that Johnathan and "UK opera singer" get a QO, February has 22 hits so far.

Americans be calling their kids "Porter Bibb".
  9. 2 points
Porter Bibb, biographer of Ted Turner, who "speaks for him" according to a sensationalist Daily Mail article, says that Ted Turner might just commit suicide like Robin Williams with his father's silver gun, that his father already used to kill himself: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10535343/Discovery-shareholder-John-Malone-speaks-Ted-Turner-says-CNN-stick-news.html Other bit of information: "His brain is starting to go. (...) If he loses his brain, I'm sure that he will follow Robin Williams."

Twitter reporting the death of Judith Pipher, a noted American astrophysicist and observational astronomer. She was 81 or 82. Pipher was a professor emeritus at the University of Rochester and director of the C.E.K. Mees Observatory from 1979 to 1994.

The news first leaking to a random gossip blog in a different country is about as likely as it first leaking to that WhatsApp group chat that had a dick pic as the avatar.

The article literally says the source is the "Royal Kingdom". Also, on the Wendy Williams shite that they're churning out...

“Socialites, it is with our deepest regret to inform you that Britain’s Queen Elizabeth has died. Sources close to the Royal Kingdom notified us exclusively that Queen Elizabeth has passed away. She was scheduled to attend the wedding of British Vogue editor Edward Enninful, but was found dead.” You ain’t going to be eating any humble pie mate. We’ve covered this before but it’s worth repeating for those who are unaware of this – there is a very specific procedure in place for when the Queen dies. A small group of ppl know before it goes directly to the Associated Press. The chance of it landing on Twitter or a gossip site first is absolutely zero.

Lady Veronica Gibson, widow of conductor Sir Alexander Gibson (died 1995), and notable herself for her patronage of Scottish Opera, died on the 27th January: https://www.scotsman.com/news/people/obituaries-lady-veronica-gibson-arts-patron-and-president-of-scottish-opera-3558999

Well, they need some time to check whether he's actually dead or it's just a magic act of disappearing.

John Szeles, aka The Amazing Johnathan, reportedly dead: DDP pick for years, presume he is again. No official news report surprisingly, it's been hours - unless the missus works for Hollywood Unlocked.

Of course, now that you made me focus on that person, I just realised that Porter Bibb is also 85 years old, the first publisher of the Rolling Stone Magazine, and he invited the band The Rolling Stones to the Altamont festival: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porter_Bibb Seems just about notable enough for our purposes.

I agree with you too - I think Lucile will outlive them.

Doubt it. We're seeing a clear trend of her health going slowly downhill. It's that point wherein the immortal no longer seems immortal. If she makes 100 then I'll make a video of my republican self singing God Save the Queen.

Well of course he's not just going to say "actually, our claim was complete bollocks for clicks, she's fine" is he? Even if this does end up killing her maj, there is zero chance some gossip rag in the states is going to find out first - sources like that may occasionally be reliable for regular celebrity deaths, but not a chance in hell for the death of a reigning monarch.
  23. 1 point
Pretty sure it's not true. That isn't the kind of death that leaks to the press... They have a plan in place when she passes and it doesn't involve "hollywoodunlocked"

This reminds me when of what Jimmy Carr joked she got that stomach bug: "No-one's seen royal skid marks this bad, since that tunnel in Paris."

Peter Dean did make it to Leonard Fentons funeral, looking like, well a man aged 82. Chap on the right is Tom Watt aka Lofty though, who is aging quite badly imo. He's 65 and that's the most flattering photo the Mail had.
