Nostalgia alert! I never saw the film That Summer! but did have a copy of its legendary soundtrack on vinyl, which included Eddie & the Hot Rods' 'Do Anything You Wanna Do". I didn't even realise it was a film soundtrack until years later. Fantastic compilation album which became very sought-after, and was never afaik released on CD. I just woke up to see a few messages on my phone about Barrie's passing. Tragic loss and just as they were wrapping up their farewell tour.

Dude.... I was stopped at a red light, looked over and almost lost it! William Gee advertises constantly on our TV and radio but I guess I had no idea what he looked like. It really is shocking. But I made sure snap a photo for DL.

Said goodbye to my old guinea pig tonight. He had a wonderful 7 and a half years but his health was declining in recent weeks, and he took a drastic downturn today. I knew it was going to happen in the near future - 7 and a half is very old for a guinea pig - but they go down so quickly that it hits real hard when it actually happens.
