I would still say there is only an 80% chance he is dead. Remember he was declared dead once before in 2019 and then reappeared again later.

This must have been a whisky/revolver situation. We will give you guys a few weeks to transfer your wealth and wrap up your affairs, and then you all get onto a plane. The alternative is we kill you sooner or later and obliterate your families and friends as well.

Look, if I were to die in a mighty fireball of a plane crash, I don't think anyone would have the genetic material to compare to confirm my death. Now Russia I do not know. Maybe they have some form of genetic register or other medical information kept on all of their citizens?

 

That's the bit that sounds fishy to me. But we will know if Putin suddenly dies before the end of the year.

Why should I doubt russian officials on this one thing? They have lied about a bunch of things sure but I have no reason to doubt the fact that his plane was downed and he was on board.
