Ideas and possibilities for 2025

Recommended Posts

Billionare Ted Turner has had Lewy body dementia since at least 2018.  Would be a strong pick in 2025 if still alive,as 7 years is on the high end of life expectency for people with that disease.

David Soul has had a rocky ride, including a previous coma, an ongoing battle with COPD, previous lung cancer, and has been wheelchair bound for years. A solid pick for 2025 if still alive.

Zsa's leg we are on the same wave link.  Some of the names you suggest I have on my short list for next year.. I even had Carol Burnett on this year's list but decided that she seemed healthy and opted for someone different.

Judge Frank Caprio just this past month announced he is battling Pancratic Cancer. I watch him every once in a while on youtube. Compassionate yet funny judge to watch. He does have a wikapedia page so I believe he does meet the requirements for deathlist.

Ruth Langsford's mother.

Apparently she is a bit smelly.

Ruth Langsford & hubby Eamonn Holmes ("I am not white, frail, male & stale") seem to be either selling every small details of their lives for every possible penny or just in the gossip columns more than the celebrities they interview.

If she makes it through 24 which I hope she will, Jacqueline White. She’s the last surviving actor/actress to have been in a Laurel & Hardy movie!

Definitely would consider

1. Jack Hanna
2.  Hans van den Broek
3. Donald Sterling
4. Vampiro (Ian Hodgkinson) due to his alzheimer's diagnosis back in 2019 as well as suffering from parkinson's and CTE
5. Jeremy Clarkson (I agree with Bon Scott his health in the last year has had significant issues, all them saturated fats and tar gotta go somewhere)

I've talked about Jim Lovell and Tom Stafford before, so I'll throw in a new astronaut to throw in for consideration. Joe Engle. He's 91, has been wheelchair bound for a couple years now and was barely able to speak in an interview in 2021.

Also since everyone's recommending 5 names it seems, let me throw you 4 more.

Wilson Fittipaldi - F1 driver and older brother of Emerson, suffers from Parkinson's disease and looked like this 2 months ago.

George Eastham - Hospitalized several times including for a severe pneumonia bout in the last 2 years, in generally poor health.

Dries Van Agt - Former Dutch PM. 92, suffered a massive stroke in 2019, frail and rarely seen around in public these days.

Pori Moni  - My wildcard suggestion for those death pools that accept obscure picks. Bangladeshi actress who's only 31 but has battled drug and alcohol addiction and was hospitalized four times in the last 2 years, twice for serious illness with high fever.

George Eastham HAS to be on my ‘24 list
